透過飲食體驗活動、分享產地食材、質感品牌選物，進行一場有意識的五感體驗。

一個專注於風土味道與人文故事的體驗設計品牌 : 自煮生活
以感官、互動和自然永續的飲食概念為核心，自煮生活的夥伴們開發了一系列風味搭配課程。以餐桌上的味覺練習出發，用五感體驗平衡、深度、原始的土地味道，一起尋回本能的感受力，想像未來永續生活樣貌。

人與家
“自煮的核心是人。回到初衷，我們重視人與人之間的互動。從人的角度出發，我們營造可以思考關係的飲食活動氛圍。也因為重視『家』的重要性，從早晨的咖啡香到晚上的餐桌風景，我們與你一同創造生活中，每一個有意義的的時刻。在力行實踐下，有意識的生活，然後能更加掌握我們自己對生活的感受與質量。“
食 – 海島隱食
“思考地方飲食文化的延續性，期待『菜餚』，可以以情感的方式被留存下來，透過培養飲食文化，保存飲食記憶，與轉化當地傳統文化。讓味覺記憶可以被延續下來。” “『海島隱食』，就是以此為出發點的系列活動。我們回到土地，去尋找記憶中傳承情感的味道。期望透過文化體驗的傳達，重新定義我們「心」與人、土地、海洋、自然之間的關係。主要風向包括品食體驗、手作探尋與策展活動。”

光線走進自煮生活

從人到自然最後收斂回飲食，自煮生活從『食』出發全面性的探討與生活有關的事物。沐睦很開心受到自煮生活的邀請，與各個志同道合的夥伴從不同的角度一同詮釋『海島隱食』。
